Can I Return or Exchange my ring?

At,we work hard to ensure that customers can buy with confidence.This is why invented the 30-day worry-free trial period.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your ring. You may change out your size, width, style, or simply return.
If you want to engrave again, you only need to pay a custom engraving fee of $20 and a shipping fee of $20.

PLEASE NOTE:  there is a $20 shipping fee for all ring exchange or returns.

Engraved rings DO NOT be returned!
Custom rings are Final Sale and  NOT be returned.

Manufacturer's lifetime Return or Exchange
Once you have passed the 30-day trial period, we still want you to rest assured, which is why we offer one of the best and most comprehensive lifetime warranties in the industry. If you need to replace or return the ring for any reason, you only need to pay $30.00 to replace it.(Only for non-engraved rings, bracelets, pendants)

**Additional notes: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.

Where do I go to start the Return or Exchange process?

To initiate an Exchange or Return of a  product please email: [email protected] with your order number,and we will send you the return address.

All return conditions:
1. The items you want to return must remain in their original condition, unused, unmodified and in the original packaging. (Only for non-engraved rings, bracelets, pendants)

2. All returned goods must be sent with a valid tracking number so that we can monitor the delivery and refund immediately after receiving and inspecting the items.

3. All orders must be accompanied by a printed return authorization. When you submit a return request via our email, you will get a return material authorization letter. Please follow the instructions in the return center to ensure a faster refund.

4. If the product is damaged or does not follow the instructions, the customer should notify us within 7 days after the delivery date. All products, including damaged or not the same as described damage, must be returned to our office for inspection and refund.


•Once a return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to  36 hours to process.

•It takes 1-2 days to transfer a refund to your payment account. Banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process a refund. An email notification will be sent once returned product(s) have been processed.  If five working days have passed since refund notification was sent, and you still have not received the refund, please get in touch with us .
